Class winds down with a soothing crystal sound bath\, giving your body and nervous system space to rest\, recharge\, and realign.\nAfter class\, you’ll wander the garden rows and create your own unique bouquet — a quiet\, joyful moment to express yourself through color\, scent\, and the art of choosing beauty.\nEach session is $40\, which includes yoga\, sound healing\, and your bouquet to take home.\nCome solo or bring a friend — every week offers a fresh opportunity to reconnect with yourself\, the earth\, and the rhythm of the season.\nPlease bring: a yoga mat\, water\, and anything else you might want for comfort (hat\, sunscreen\, bug spray\, etc.).\nAll are welcome — no yoga experience needed.
