Leotards are great\, but not required. \nST: (Super Tot: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts age 4yr- 6yr (pre-k/Kindergarten).  \nPT: (Parent Tot: 50 min. class) This class is an exploratory gymnastics class for both the parent and their child age 1 1/2 year-3 year olds. The child must be able to walk without help. Parents will actively participate with their child in both structured and free play guided by the instructor. \nGI: (Gymnastics 1: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for beginning gymnasts 1st grade and older and for gymnasts who have not yet passed the beginning floor levels 1-10. The gymnasts will work on passing recreational floor levels 1-10 as well as on a beam and bars routine each session. Each gymnast will be grouped based on their current skill level.  \nG2: (Gymnastics 2: 60min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts who have passed GI or can demonstrate\, for our coaching staff\, that they can pass our recreational floor levels 1-10 already. The gymnasts will now work on intermediate floor levels 1-11 as well as beam and bars routine each session. Each gymnast will be grouped based on their current skill level.

SUMMARY:100+ Women Who Care FALL Giving Event
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our SEVENTH Giving Event\n1. When does it start? The event begins at 5:30\, but you’re encouraged to arrive when you can between 5-5:30. You will check in\, get a nametag\, give your donation (cash or check)\, and then you can mingle and take advantage of the cash bar. The event will end at 6:30.\n2. Does it cost $100? The idea is that 100 women get together and give $100 to donate $10k… but hey\, we know life can get in the way and $100 can be a lot of money. We are real women who care more that you are a part of this. Give what you can. All are welcome to attend\, whether they donate or not. However\, only those who donate will be able to nominate and vote. The more women who attend and give\, the more our impact will be.\n3. Is this only for women? Yes\, women only.  Men are encouraged to create their own group… the equivalent is called Men Who Give a [enter unprofessional word here].\n4. Who can I nominate? Any 501c3 non-profit organization that you feel would be able to make a bigger impact with our donation.\n5. How do I nominate a non-profit? Fill out a nomination form at the event. Prepare a 3-minute pitch on why you are passionate about this organization and why people should vote for it. We don’t have a way to show a PowerPoint\, so keep it simple. \n6. Will I have fun? Of course! Well\, we hope so! This is an amazing group of women\, and at the very least\, you walk away with some new connections. This is a great opportunity to make a huge financial impact on an organization in the shortest amount of time.

DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Closet is a resource available to caregivers and veterans in Park Rapids and the surrounding areas. \nThe items provided by the Caregiver Closet include durable medical equipment\, both reusable medical supplies and one-time use supplies. The items are offered free of charge\, with the expectation that the items will be returned to the Caregiver Closet (if they are reusable) when they are no longer needed\, so they can be redistributed. \nThe Caregiver Closet can include\, at any given time\, canes\, walkers\, commodes\, shower benches\, crutches\, hospital beds\, lift chairs\, Hoyer lifts\, and so much more. All equipment is clean and ready to go in “as is” condition. \nEquipment and supply use are free. Donations are tax deductible.

Also\, don’t forget to pick and paint a pumpkin or two\, and try delicious food from our local vendors. Carters’ is the place to be with family and friends by creating cherished memories. \nWe weave together the quaintness and Americana feel of pumpkin patches and corn mazes while offering more activities and entertainment. That’s why\, at Carters’\, it’s a Fall Festival! At Carters’\, we strive to bring you that coziness of fall on the farm\, paired with the energy and festiveness of an autumn jamboree\, complete with live entertainment (music & magic shows)\, over a dozen games and activities\, educational activities\, and the popular “wagon ride drama theater.” Each year\, Carters’ has a historical theme for entertainment and educational purposes.
