DESCRIPTION:Walkers that range from beginners all the way to advanced can all get a great workout. We will be working out to DVDs that feature great music and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Great music pumps up your pace\, and HIIT alternates between short bursts of all-out effort and periods of recovery\, allowing you to walk a shorter session and blast away as many calories as you would in a longer session. These workouts will last 45 minutes and the time will fly by! Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes\, and bring water to drink. No street shoes in the workout area\, please. This class is suitable for all ages.

DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Closet is a resource available to caregivers and veterans in Park Rapids and the surrounding areas. \nThe items provided by the Caregiver Closet include durable medical equipment\, both reusable medical supplies and one-time use supplies. The items are offered free of charge\, with the expectation that the items will be returned to the Caregiver Closet (if they are reusable) when they are no longer needed\, so they can be redistributed. \nThe Caregiver Closet can include\, at any given time\, canes\, walkers\, commodes\, shower benches\, crutches\, hospital beds\, lift chairs\, Hoyer lifts\, and so much more. All equipment is clean and ready to go in “as is” condition. \nEquipment and supply use are free. Donations are tax deductible.

You may remember that this happens during Christmas time for several stores\, and several local businesses have decided to extend their hours starting in June and running through the end of December. \nEach business can choose to remain open\, and the availability of stores will vary based on staffing.
