Students will learn how to swim using combined arm and leg action for at least three body lengths. They will learn how to enter and exit the pool with minimal assistance. Will learn how to submerge to push off the bottom of the pool in the shallow end. Must be 4 years or older or 41″ taller. Leotards are great\, but not required.\n \nST: (Super Tot: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts age 4yr- 6yr (pre-k/Kindergarten).  \nPT: (Parent Tot: 50 min. class) This class is an exploratory gymnastics class for both the parent and their child age 1 1/2 year-3 year olds. The child must be able to walk without help. Parents will actively participate with their child in both structured and free play guided by the instructor. \nGI: (Gymnastics 1: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for beginning gymnasts 1st grade and older and for gymnasts who have not yet passed the beginning floor levels 1-10. The gymnasts will work on passing recreational floor levels 1-10 as well as on a beam and bars routine each session. Each gymnast will be grouped based on their current skill level.  \nG2: (Gymnastics 2: 60min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts who have passed GI or can demonstrate\, for our coaching staff\, that they can pass our recreational floor levels 1-10 already. The items are offered free of charge\, with the expectation that the items will be returned to the Caregiver Closet (if they are reusable) when they are no longer needed\, so they can be redistributed. \nThe Caregiver Closet can include\, at any given time\, canes\, walkers\, commodes\, shower benches\, crutches\, hospital beds\, lift chairs\, Hoyer lifts\, and so much more. All equipment is clean and ready to go in “as is” condition. \nEquipment and supply use are free. Donations are tax deductible.

Leotards are great\, but not required.\n \nST: (Super Tot: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts age 4yr- 6yr (pre-k/Kindergarten).  \nPT: (Parent Tot: 50 min. class) This class is an exploratory gymnastics class for both the parent and their child age 1 1/2 year-3 year olds. The child must be able to walk without help. Parents will actively participate with their child in both structured and free play guided by the instructor. \nGI: (Gymnastics 1: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for beginning gymnasts 1st grade and older and for gymnasts who have not yet passed the beginning floor levels 1-10. The gymnasts will work on passing recreational floor levels 1-10 as well as on a beam and bars routine each session. Each gymnast will be grouped based on their current skill level.  \nG2: (Gymnastics 2: 60min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts who have passed GI or can demonstrate\, for our coaching staff\, that they can pass our recreational floor levels 1-10 already. DESCRIPTION:To facilitate local and tourist shopping\, several of the downtown businesses have agreed to stay open later than usual on Wednesdays. You may remember that this happens during Christmas time for several stores\, and several local businesses have decided to extend their hours starting in June and running through the end of December. \nEach business can choose to remain open\, and the availability of stores will vary based on staffing. Participating stores will stay open later\, some until 7 PM.
