It is essential for students to arrive at their 1st practice in peak condition.<\/p>\n
Athletes who attempt to get in shape during the initial sports practices are often injured and forced to struggle through the rest of the season. This conditioning program will prepare athletes for the demands of their sport and give them a head start on their competition. Sessions will include knowledge of how to build a championship mindset to win at the mental game of sport.<\/p>\n
