The Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning program Tuesday, March 24 will feature Cecelia McKeig on the intriguing case of northern Minnesota’s own Jekyll and Hyde character. HCLL programs are from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the American Legion, 900 1st St. East. Sessions are free and handicapped accessible.
