Pollinators in Woodlands

August 1 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free

Join us for an insightful field day at Itasca State Park, where we’ll explore the vital role woodlands play in supporting pollinator health and biodiversity. Angie and Anna will lead a discussion on how forest ecosystems contribute to thriving pollinator populations and overall ecological resilience. Elise will introduce you to the fascinating pollinators commonly found in woodland settings and what sets them apart. Afterward, take part in a guided walk through the park, where all three speakers will help you identify native plants that provide essential habitat for pollinators. This event is perfect for anyone passionate about forest health, conservation, and the interconnectedness of natural systems.
