Join us to learn about the Youth Outreach Program. We will serve Chicken Noodle Soup and other snacks. Youth in attendance will sign up for a chance to win two gift cards. The Park Rapids Chamber will hold a ribbon cutting at 3:00 p.m.! Please help us celebrate this fantastic resource for youth!
