Picture this: A day at the lake, on a pontoon, catching a fish or two, and creating wonderful memories. These are just some of the great benefits our guests and volunteers enjoy through the Let’s Go Fishing program.
In Park Rapids, the Let’s Go Fishing – Headwaters Chapter, operates a 28 ft. pontoon boat and provides several cruises a week from June through August. We serve senior citizens groups and individuals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, Veterans, widows and widowers, social service agencies, disabled adults, church groups, adult day care centers, and youth groups. Each excursion is approximately 2 hours with no cost to participants.
